Lentil-Pasta Goulash 2 cups elbow macaroni 1/2 cup grated cheddar or jack cheese 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup lentils, soaked the night before seasoning salt or garlic salt to taste Cook the pasta according to package directions. While you are cooking the pasta, cook the lentils. When the pasta and lentils are done (they should take the same amount of time), drain all the water and mix them together and dump in the spaghetti sauce, cheese, and some seasoning salt.
