your local stores to see if they carry them and/or can

order them for you to pick up there. If you can't get

Wow...order on the internet. My parents would

probably never let me do that, much less have them

being sent to me. And I wouldn't even do that myself

either. I'm not trying to be picky or anything, but

I'm sorry but that isn't going to work. Stores in HK

are the only choices for me. What I was actually

asking for is what kind of ingredients I should avoid

and all that.
