Have a read at this article , and let me know what you think. Yes I know its another journo trying a different lifestyle safe in the knowledge that its only for two weeks type article, but some of it is good. I liked the Indian restaurant that gives its left over food away rather than throw it away like other places......................... We have " Fresh Values " cards and " Preferred Customer " cards. They only

give you discounts in the store. But if you forget it at home, they

give you the discount anyways.

 

Personally I think that they use them to track purchases.

 

But my son's college account does gain money for certain items I buy,

so I don't mind.

thats exactly wot they are used for..to track wot you buy and yer purchasing

habits....

they are testing ones that have a little chip in em, and when you walk buy a

certain display, of something you have purchased before, the display will talk

to you....

buy me buy me!
