Vegan meats and cheeses

I'm still hunting! I found one once, but I can't

remember what it was; I don't care for soy cheeses or

nut cheeses all that much; they are o.k. I don't seem

to miss cheese as much as I used to. The subs don't do

much for me. I've only been vegan for less than a

year and I'm already hearing myself moving away from

the fake meats and cheeses that I used to think I

needed. I guess the more vegan cooking I do, the more

I realize there are many other tastier things to eat

and I'm filling up on them instead. Sorry I can't

give you a brand. Maybe someone else knows one that

doesn't have caseine. And yes, I too, am behind in my

mail! Wow! I read six and write seven and then I

wonder why I never get caught up! Ha!
