It seems like I should have plenty of iron, I do beans and rice most days, do nuts some, etc as well as take a multi vit. I'm guessing that it's cuz of the blood thinners. I went off of them a while back and (my next apt, the doc really reamed me about the importance of being on them) the anemia problems went away. After Jo sent me some messages, I am a lot more conscientious of having more vit C.
