(provided those calories aren't coming from junk foods) I never worry about it at all. And I started way back when (lappe) we were all concerned with food combining to get the protein types we needed. So relieved when she retracted that. Never have worried about it since. Do I eat a "balanced" diet? I have no clue, but I eat until full and happy. I get all of the calories I need and hate junk food.
