a chinese student (i believe it was scientific american)

wore a mask covering her eyes for a month.

it was fascinating how her other senses developed.

with just a basic introduction,

she started reading in braille in just a day.

her musical senses opened up..

her sense of touch

and all of her smells were much more intense.

 

the same would happened if you forced your other

hand to be the default one,

other areas of the brain would open up.
