Guest guest Posted October 31, 2007 Report Share Posted October 31, 2007 Fresh spinach, 1 medium onion cut in thin rings, fresh white button mushrooms with stems, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Chop spinach and mushrooms add all other ingredients and mix all together. Must be served immediately else spinach and mushrooms go limp.
