The quantities and ingredients may be adjusted to one's taste. The main ingredient though are date paste. 100 gr. jar of date paste or mash 100 gr. of dates 20 gr. sunflower seeds crushed or ground (ground are better for quick digestion) 20 gr. pumkin seeds - ground 20 gr. wheatgerm 20 gr. of walnuts or pecans chopped for the crunchy taste. 20 gr. of flax seed - ground 2 tablespoons of honey Mix all together, roll up in baking sheet and refrigirate until firm.
