Guest guest Posted October 28, 2007 Report Share Posted October 28, 2007 Summer Linguine 2 14-1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes, drained 1 bunch green onions, chopped 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped 8-oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese, cubed 16-oz. pkg. linguine pasta, uncooked 3 to 4 T. olive oil Combine tomatoes, onions, garlic, seasonings and mozzarella in a large serving bowl; mix well and set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pan. Stir oil into pasta; add pasta to mixture in bowl and toss to mix. Serves 6 to 8.
