Mark Pesto Cheese BBQ Pizza 1 pizza shell like a boboli 1/4 cup pesto sauce Approximately 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese or a sub of another type cheese of choice 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese 1 medium tomato, sliced oil Preheat barbecue to low heat. Spread pesto sauce all over pizza dough. Sprinkle all of pesto sauce with grated Asiago cheese, then with grated Mozzarella cheese. Garnish pizza with tomato slices. Transfer pizza over lightly oiled warm barbecue rack. Barbecue to completely melt both cheeses, until rack has lightly colored bottom of dough. Serves 6.
