Guest guest Posted October 27, 2007 Report Share Posted October 27, 2007 I make this up and put in small salt shakers and then a cello baggie with a tie and add to gifts or toss in baskets. Everyone loves this blend. Donna " Magic Dust " 1/4 cup paprika 1/4 cup salt (finely ground sea or kosher) 2 tblpsns. dry mustard 1/4 cup chili powder 1/4 cup ground cumin 2 tblspns. ground black pepper 1/4 cup granulated garlic or scant 1/4 cup garlic powder 2 tblspns. cayenne 1/4 cup sugar Mix all ingredients together and store in a tightly covered container. Keeps indefinitely. If you like this hotter then up the black pepper, mustard and chili powder. The above measurements should be perfect for everyone's taste.
