Guest guest Posted October 27, 2007 Report Share Posted October 27, 2007 Mexican Black Bean Soup Mr Food EasyCooking 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained and rinsed 2 cups water 1 jar (16 oz) salsa 1 can (15 1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (14 1/2 oz) ready-to-use vegetable broth 2 tsp ground cumin Sour cream, for garnish In a dutch oven, combine black beans, water, salsa, corn, vegetable broth, and cumin. Bring to a boil over high heat. REduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve garnished with a dollop of sour cream. ************* " Dogs are not our whole lives, but they make our lives whole.
