I've never seen vegetarian " chicken " broth over here either. I googled a recipe for it though: http://www.astray.com/recipes/?show=Basic%20%22chicken%22%20broth Nutritional yeast is available in health food stores under the name Engevita and I believe that you can get poultry seasoning in the herbs and spices area of a supermarket but you would ned to check the ingredients.
