I really enjoy hearing cookbook reviews, good or bad.

We all differ in our tastes.

I believe many members own Nava Atlas 5 Ingredient

Cookbook. I really enjoy this book and the recipes

are open to adaptions, you can add herbs, spices or a

few more ingredients. I have given this cookbook as

gifts and so far I haven't heard a bad review yet in

here. Just curious.

Please don,t think I,m being silly but I made a cake today and its fantastic...

I,m trying more oats etc in my cooking so pardon if they are not totally

vegetarian okay.

 

2cups SR flour 1/4 cup raw sugar

2 tbs coconut 2 eggs

1 cups rolled oats

1tsp cinnamon and same ginger 1/2 tsp bicarb

mashed one banana 1/4 cup oil

3/4 cup butter milk 1/2 cup yoghurt

 

beat wet ingredients plus sugar......then added dry ingredients...

took 1hr on 180* ...seriously am pleased. Bron Brisbane Australia
