Savoury carrot salad

 

3 raw carrots

2-3 cloves of garlic

1/2 cup of cilantro

Juice of 1 lemon

salt and pepper to taste

 

Grate carrots, chop garlic (not mashed), add other ingredients and

refrigirate for 1 hour.

 

Variation:

 

Grated raw carrots with a dash of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and juice of 1

orange
