Put slices on a cutting board and salt them on both sides, leave them for 10 minutes to get the juice out. Pat them dry with a towel and fry them on both sides in oil until dark brown. Then mash them up with a fork add salt to taste a dash of black pepper. Chopped corianter and a bit of garlic may be added for variation.
