Oil and Lemon Sauce - North African

1/2 C oil

2 lemons

salt

peppr

 

 

 

 

Beat the juice of the lemons with the oil and add the

salt and pepper. This sauce is served with either

grilled or boiled [favorites] and goes good with

salads too.

 

Makes approx 2 cups

ChupaBabi: this is a base for many North African

sauces. Roast a head of garlic. Squeeze out garlic

into processor or blender. Add the above Oil and Lemon

Juice sauce. Whirl till blended. Season. A marvelous

garlic sauce.
