Guest guest
Bienvenue Francoise. Your English is excellent. What is it like now being vegetarian in France? It is many years since I last visited France but at that time it was impossible to find anything vegetarian to eat other than omelettes. I look forward to seeing some of your recipes. You might find it easier to convert into pounds and ounces and fluid ounces rather than cups. There are quick and easy converters online - we probably have links to them in the links folder. I experienced the opposite: my meat diet was so boring that it was a relief to become vegetarian and understand that I didn't have to follow recipes and could create new ones as often I as liked! I was lucky as my husband and daughter turned vegetarians too, some weeks after me (and even my 80 years old parents have been convinced by tofu and seitan ...). > I'll try to post some recipes, but I'll first have to convert quantities into cups and pounds and teaspoons ... > Excuse the clumsy English, I'll learn a lot with you all. > Françoise >
