Meat analogues

Ahhh...Veat....love that!!!

 

Also, I believe all products by Quorn, which are made from mushrooms, are

gluten-free. Check their website.

 

I think Boca has " sausages " from TVP.

 

Freida's has a Mexican not-Chorizo (spelled badly!). Not sure of content of

those.

Sunshine Burgers (in freezer section) are gluten and casein free and

also Wildwood Tofu-veggie burgers in the refrigerated section. I get

both at Whole Foods. Gardenburger says that their Veggie breakfast

sausage is gluten free and also their Flame grilled. They also have a

few others but I didn't write them down since they have corn and I

can't have corn. You can check their web site. for more info
