Guest guest Posted October 23, 2007 Report Share Posted October 23, 2007 Crockpot Lentil Rice Soup 2 cups dry lentils 2 cups uncooked long-grain brown rice 1 cup chopped carrots 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 onion, chopped 8 cups water 1 cup vegetable broth 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 tablespoon salt 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms Place the lentils, rice, carrots, celery, onion, water, broth, garlic powder, ground black pepper and salt in a crock pot.
