What information I have found concerning freezing soy milk hasnt been very positive. Mostly because the soy milk separates. Some have suggested whizzing it in the blender once its thawed but havent seen any info on that either. I dont make my own soy milk, however, I still am interested to know if there is a good sale and I want to buy 6 gallons and freeze it, will it still be a sale when I thaw it? There were also hints about it being not as nutritious. Time for me to buck up, buy my own soy milk maker and be done with it!
