Clay pot sizes removing scent

I don't use soap. I soak it, and rub with a nylon

sponge with a shake of baking soda. Rinse and let it

air dry. I do hat with my iron skillets too.

That is the way I have been told is the only safe way to clean them. It is the

soap taste that stops me from getting one at the second hand store.

You do not need to clean then with soap.

You are missing out on a wonderful appliance.
