Guest guest Posted October 17, 2007 Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 Colorful Bow Tie Pasta Salad 2 cups cooked bow-tie pasta 1/4 cup chopped celery 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper 2 tablespoons shredded carrot 2 tablespoons finely chopped purple onion 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice Mix pasta, celery, red bell pepper, carrot and purple onion in a bowl. In a separate small bowl, prepare dressing: blend pepper, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Pour dressing mixture over pasta and vegetables and mix until well coated. Chill and serve.
