New, and meatball recipe

Hello, I'm Heather from Northern CA. I have 2 children, a husband,

a cat, dog, and 4 daycare children.

 

 

" Meat " balls

 

1 pkg lite extra frim tofu, throughouly drained and pressed

1 egg

1/2 C parmesian cheese

4 cloves garlic

1/2 med. yellow onion

4-6 slices of whole wheat bread

1 tsp Oregano

1/2 tsp sea salt

olive oil

8 C favorite spaghetti sauce

 

Put everything except for the bread, oil and sauce into a food

processor. When blended smooth, add one slice of bread at a time

until you get a mouldable consistency.

 

Pour half of your spaghetti sauce in a 9x11 baking dish, then layer

your browned " meat " balls on the sauce, pour remaining sauce over

top. Bake at 350F for 30min and serve over extra thing whole wheat

spaghetti.
