Guest guest Posted October 17, 2007 Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 Oven Roasted Potato Chips with Rosemary 2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed 2 tsps. freshly chopped rosemary coursely ground salt to taste pinch chili powder 3 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice potatoes into 1/8” thick rounds and transfer to a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss very well until evenly distributed. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheets lined with parchment paper or oiled and bake at 400 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
