I was wondering... how in the heck do you make Polenta? I've seen it on various shows, here on the net ... but I can NEVER find a recipe for it... then again, whenever I look up something online, it always comes up completely opposite of what I typed in... my husband didn't believe me either until he saw it happen.... I know it's made from cornmeal, but that's it... I have a whole brand new bag of cornmeal here, and I'd like to try to make it. So if anyone has a recipe, PLEASE pass it along to me...
