Guest guest
I've had this recipe for years..... 1 C chopped onion 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 C water 1/2 C diced green pepper 2T chili powder 1 1/2 t cumin 29 oz. stewed tomoatoes, undrained 1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained (I always rinse too) 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained Spray pan w/cooking spray (I use olive oil), saute onion and garlic. Add rest of ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cook 30+ minutes. I love this with shredded cheese, sour cream & cilantro on top. DH doesn't like the garbanzos, but pooh on him.
