Guest guest
Hi everyone, I just found this by accident and I am so excited to be a part of it. I am a relatively new vegetarian (July 10th) and am really enjoying it, but I do need help with recipes and meal planning. I have a 3-year old daughter that I would like to influence away from meat too (she's already dairy free). I do not cook meat for her, but she does have it a few times a week at school. But she LOVES vegetables. If you ask her what her favorite food is, she will say broccoli and she's serious. The girl can eat about a pound of it by herself! Anyway, I am excited to learn from veterans and find out some new recipes. I love soups and am making some butternut squash & tomato soup today. If it turns out well I will post the recipe. Happy to be here!! Maureen
Guest guest
Welcome, Maureen. If you go to the main group page, click on files, then click on recipes, you will be in your glory. There are a lot of kids finger foods there, too.
