Guest guest
Hi Bookworm! I need to lose about 35 pounds too...I packed them on over the summer. You'll enjoy this list. I'll have to try sweet potatoes and cinnamon. Amy ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com
Guest guest
Hello all. I'm glad I found this friendly and very talkative group. I am 35 years old and I am thinking about becoming vegetarian. It is for health reasons right now. I am about 35 lbs over weight. And I use to think that I didn't like enough vegetables to be a vegetarian, but as I mature and my taste buds change (I recently learned that I now LOVE cinnamon and sweet potatoes), I'm finding that I like plenty of vegetables. Well, I'm hoping you guys can give me plenty of encouragement and recipes. I am married and have 2 kids, but not trying to convert them. Besides, my husband is a " no way jose " kind of man. Oh well. Anyway, thanks for allowing me in this group. *************** I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy it! bookworm913 ID: bookworm_sub Join my reading group - reading_group_twist
Guest guest
Also, remember being a vegetarian . . . you will be eating more than just fruits and veggies. Don't forget the whole grains, legumes, seeds, nuts. You can make many wonderful dishes incorporating many of these items together! Pamela Bookworm <bookworm913 wrote: Hello all. Guest guest
Hey, Bookworm, I am working on changing over to vegetarian, too, for health reasons. It's why I recently joined the list, too. Guest guest
OOH! This summer, I peeled & thickly sliced sweet potatoes, sprayed w/Pam, and sprinkled them with cinnamon & chili powder & baked them. YUM!! It worked! akfral wrote: Hi Bookworm!
