Guest guest
I am loving the recipes and chat in this group. I am new to this, pretty much, but my doctor says I need to change over to Vegan " Cold Cabbage " as it were. For a sick liver. The recipes are a good start but I am the sort of hermit that could really use a live resource of some sort to learn from and ask questions. Any suggestions on how to find such a thing in our great city of Portland, Orygun ?? I just have no clue. TIA mikef orygun
Guest guest
Mike, when I lived in Oregon my next door neighbor was a Seven Day Adventist, and taught me a lot about vegan cooking. The church has many resources and even classes. You should be able to find someone to mentor you. , " mforsberg3 " <mforsberg2 wrote: > > I am loving the recipes and chat in this group.
