Hi Angela,

There are lots of great Tofu recipes in the Recipe files on our home page. Look

for substitutes for Meat and then there will be a sub folder in there for Tofu

recipes. Also look in the breakfast folder as there are Scrambled Tofu " Eggs "

and others in there.
