I've decluttered and gotten rid of a lot of mine already & was down to the ones that I couldn't part with. 2 months ago I began buying vegan & vegetarian cookbooks so I have a nice collection started. Jerry Seinfeld's wife has a new cookbook about cooking with veggies. She purees veggies & puts them in foods so her kids are eating veggies without knowing it. I needed that book years ago when I had a very picky eater in the house. He's 26 & still picky; however, he's never had a weight problem either! Amazon.com has her new book & there another one very similar to it. I will probably have to buy one of them so I can feed my husband eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, cucumbers & black eyed peas, lol!
