Guest guest Posted October 9, 2007 Report Share Posted October 9, 2007 PERSIAN SHIRAZI SALAD From alt.support.diet.low-carb 1 cucumber, diced 1 tomato, diced 1 onion, diced 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon dried mint The diced cucumber, tomato and onion should be in equal proportions. Combine and add olive oil, lemon juice, and dried mint. Toss and serve. This goes well with a variety of foods.
