Guest guest Posted October 9, 2007 Report Share Posted October 9, 2007 Broccoli, the Italian Way 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped 6 anchovies I leave these out! Use capers instead red pepper flakes (2 T chopped parsley) a bunch of broccoli cut up and lightly cooked Lightly saute the garlic, sone mashed capers and red pepper flakes in oil and add broccoli. And it's also a fabulous pasta dressing!
