This book is excellent, even has a 30 day nutritional plan for " renewal " . Lots of great advise and recipes including a pantry list. Plus a calorie, fat, carb and protien chart for all recipe ingredients. Take note Donna (aka Cardamoma) LOL this recipe calls for Cardamom Almond Bliss Shake serves 1 1 Tablespoon almond butter 2 teaspoons organic raw honey or maple syrup 1 ounce soy protein powder,plain or vanilla 1 pinch nutmeg 1 pinch cardamom 1 cup low-fat vanilla soymilk or rice milk 1 med. banana , peeled and sliced Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
