intro and live porridge recipe

Hello all,

 

I'm very new to vegetarian but I am actually feeling more full on this

diet than I was when I was eating meat. I've gone down to two meals a

day!

 

Found a neat recipe for breakfast from my book 'Raw Energy.'

 

1/4 cup nuts and seeds of choice (almonds and sesame seeds is nice)

2 dates & 2 prunes (or other dried fruit)

1 apple, cut into pieces (or other fresh fruit)

 

Whizz all in a food processor and add some soy or other milk as

needed. A very refreshing and wholesome breakfast! :-)
