Chelsea,

 

Thanks so much for the information! I was planning on saving some soup to

freeze in a small container as a test, but I figured that I would ask since I

was posting to rave about the soup anyway.

 

And, as a bonus, more soup for me for lunch!

 

I'll give the slow cooker a try with the times you posted below, then mess

with it if I have to. I have a never-used crockpot in my cupboard, so I really

had no clue how long to cook on High.

came out fine. I cooked it on high for about 3 hours and then on low

for one hour. Just test it, each crockpot seems to vary in time.
