Guest guest Posted October 5, 2007 Report Share Posted October 5, 2007 Fettuccine with Caramelized Onions and Olives 2 tbsps. olive oil 4 cups thinly sliced onions (about 1 pound) 1/4 tsp. salt 12 ozs. fettuccine 1/4 cup sliced black olives Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low. Add onions and cook 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned. Add salt and cook 15 to 20 minutes more. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to directions; drain. Spoon pasta back into pot; add onions and toss. Spoon onto a large serving platter and top with olives. Serves 4. Building a website is a piece of cake.
