Guest guest
Oh how fun. Isn't being around kiddo's like giving yourself permission to be a kid again and enjoy things thru watching their true delight in it. Thanks for sharing this story and about the pretzels. You were a great teacher that I'm sure they will remember. Judy - Sue Wednesday, October 03, 2007 10:48 PM GIngerbread man I have a large gingerbread shaped pan. Found at a thrift store. We used a box mix gingerbread mix and I let the children dump the ingredients into the bowl. And then each child got a chance to stir...stir. ..stir. We poured batter into the pan. Took it out to the kitchen and stuck it into the oven. In the meantime, I read the story and when we went back out to the kitchen, the children were very excited to see if the gingerbread man would run away. He never did. LOL Later on we made paper gingerbread men to hang around the room and then take home. It was also neat to do a " play " with all the characters. Sue . Guest guest
Last year I made playdough with my 3 year olds. They all took turns mixing it with their hands. Not all of them would touch it! Last week we made crockpot applesauce & they enjoyed that too. Rhoda On 10/4/07, wwjd <jtwigg wrote: > > Oh how fun.
