Hemp Cumin Vinaigrette

 

1/4 cup hemp seed oil

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/3 cup sherry vinegar, (or red wine.apple cider

vinegar)

1 tbsp, Dijon mustard

2 tsps. ground cumin

 

Combine all ingredients in bowl.Whisk until well

mixed.Serve chilled. Will store in a sealed container

in the fridge for 7 to 10 days. Yields 1 cup.
