Guest guest Posted October 2, 2007 Report Share Posted October 2, 2007 Quick Mushroom Sauce 1/4 pound sliced mushrooms 1/2 to 1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon butter or margarine 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 cup low sodium vegetable broth 1/4 gr pepper 2 green onions, chopped Bragg's added when done Add all ingredients except cornstarch and broth to a microwaveable bowl. In a small bowl mix cornstarch and broth until well combined. Pour over vegetable mixture. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and sauce is transparent, splash with Bragg's, stir and serve. " The afternoon knows what the morning never suspected.
