And, sorry, I forget who, asked how long the BRAGGS is good for (shelf life)? If you look on the site, _Bragg Live Foods & The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle -Live Longer, Look Younger and_ (http://www.bragg.com/FAQ/faq_aminos.html) they say their product has a shelf life of over 5 years. Amazing isnt it? Something that really has caught my eye is the 250mg of protein per HALF TSP full! I wonder if that is complete protein? It is after all labeled " amino acids " which we all know there are many that make up a complete protein. I am going to check out the site a bit more thoroughly and see if I can answer my own question. When I find out, I will post my results. I will write the company if I cant find the info on the site.
