Hi Doc testing vitamins Judy

There would have to be a more accurate way of testing the breakdown,

a cold cup of water doesn't measure up to the hot acidic stomach.

I avoid any vitamins in gelatin caps and I buy vegetarian friendly

from the health food store. I trust those.

True Judy, if you place a piece of apple in a cup of water for 24 hrs

it will still look like a piece of apple, yet your stomach will

digest the apple slice in a short period of time.
