Bragg's Amino: Sue

You don't cook with it, breaks the amino down. Top it

on rice or a stir fry, add to finished soup. Takes

the place of soy sauce, lower in sodium and has amino

acids.

It's been around forever and I feel very safe in using

it. I was raised using Bragg's, we didn't have soy

sauce in the house.
