I became vegetarian for animal rights; health benefits are an added plus, but I am not going to worry myself to death over trivia. Bragg's in the cupboard with all my herbs and spices, butter in the fridge, tons of grains, pasta, and beans in the cupboard, and veggies in the crisper! I'm happy.
