I have to agree with Donna. Too much of anything can be bad, and we

must observe moderation. I became vegetarian for animal rights;

health benefits are an added plus, but I am not going to worry myself

to death over trivia.

You bet! Bragg's in the cupboard with all my herbs

and spices, butter in the fridge, tons of grains,

pasta, and beans in the cupboard, and veggies in the

crisper! I'm happy.
