White Cranberry Vinaigrette

U usually serve this one during the holidays with our

salad.

 

White Cranberry Vinaigrette

 

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup white cranberry juice

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons honey mustard

1 small shallot, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper

 

Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour

into a decorative jar or bottle and refrigerate until

ready to use.
