Hey all,I've recently been gravitating more towards vegetarian

cooking, and would like to know if anyone cooks with soymilk? I'd like

to substitute soymilk in recipes if I can.Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Renny

ya sure can, and you can use rice milk too. And also almond milk. See which you

like better. I like soy for cooking and rice for drinking. I don't like almond

much, but plenty of folks do.

Substitute away!!

Depending on your recipe, I would use plain unsweetened in things like soups

and sauces, anything with a " cream " base. Waffles and pancakes and

biscuits.

A good tasting vanilla might be good in some desserts and baking.

I use soymilk with lots of recipes and no one ever notices.
