Guest guest
I have been lurking and enjoying your recipes for a few days now, and Rhoda's question about chamomile has given me the excuse to introduce myself :-) My name is Elena and I am from Italy. I am not a real vegetarian, but I don't each much meat, and I eating lots of veggies. Rhoda, in Italy chamomile tea is very very used: it has a soothing effect, if you don't brew it for too long: 3-5 minutes is ideal. I like it with lemon, but most people drink it as is, just with some sugar or honey. We use it often for newborns when they have colics and for adults, children and babies as a pre-sleep drink or when we have stomach issues.
